Job Description

Logistics Supervisor Responsibilities:

Plan and prioritize workflows to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and operational goals are met.

Manage the logistical needs of daily operations, coordinating resources, schedules, and support activities.

Collaborate with other departments and teams to align work processes and maintain cohesive organizational operations.

Compile, review, and deliver operational or technical reports as required by management or organizational policy.

Oversee the functioning of equipment and digital systems, ensuring they operate reliably and addressing issues promptly.

Schedule and oversee maintenance activities, arranging repairs, service calls, or replacements when necessary.

Identify and resolve workplace issues, offering guidance and technical support while recommending improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

Completion of a post-secondary education program of two to three years in business, supply chain, production or manufacturing management or related.

2+ years of experience
