Install a single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, including elastomeric, modified plastics, or other asphaltic compositions.
Examine specifications, drawings, and blueprints to ascertain what has to be done.
Fix or swap out single-ply roofing systems.
Concrete and other masonry surfaces, whether above or below ground, should be coated with waterproof materials.
Use both power and manual tools.
Assemble and keep supplies and work equipment ready.
Measure and label the installation guidelines.
Establish the installation and layout processes.
Fill and empty vehicles with equipment and supplies.
Create and record work orders and invoices.
Fix and maintain external prefabricated items.
