We are a restaurant based in Montreal specializing in Asian-style foods. Our goal is to provide high-quality food in a welcoming and friendly environment. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and drive business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

l  Plan, organize, direct, and control the overall operations of the restaurant.

l  Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.

l  Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and expense management.

l  Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.

l  Participate in menu planning, pricing strategies, and service design.

l  Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve complex customer concerns.

l  Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff, providing guidance and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

l  Oversee inventory management and procurement to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.

l  Ensure health and safety protocols, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards are followed at all times.

 

Qualifications &Requirements:

l  At least 2 years in a managerial role

l  Relevant professional knowledge obtained through college education in hospitality, business administration, management or a related field or equivalent work experience.

l  Strong interpersonal and coordination skills to effectively manage staff and maintain a positive working environment.

l  Strong leadership and team management skills.

l  Excellent customer service and communication skills.

l  Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

l  Fluency in English and French.

 

Job Details:

Pay: $35/Hour

Schedule: 30 Hours/Week

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Montreal (On-Site)
