1. Kitchen Helper

Permanent full time Kitchen Helper: 3 vacancies. Start Wage at $15.80/hour, 30-40 hours per week. Work shifts include Morning, day, evening, weekends.  Job duties include:  Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units; operate dishwasher to wash dishes, glassware and flatware; package take-out food; prepare, heat and finish simple food items; clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, storage areas etc; remove kitchen garbage; sharpen kitchen knives; sweep. mop, wash and polish floor; wash, peel and cut vegetables. Job requirements: high school diploma is required, experience asset, will provide training.

2. Cook

Permanent full time Cook: 2 vacancies. Start Wage at $17.50/hour, 30-40 hours per week. Work shifts include Morning, day, evening, weekends.  Job duties include:  determine the size of food portions and costs; plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization; requisition food and kitchen supplies; prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes; prepare dishes for customers with food allergies; inspect kitchens and food service areas; train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling food; supervise kitchen staff and helpers; maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment; manage kitchen operations. Job requirements: high school diploma is required, need to have at least 3 years of experience in related area.

3. Waiter/Waitress

Permanent full time Waiter/Waitress: 3 vacancies. Start Wage at $18.20/hour, 30-40 hours per week. Work shifts include Morning, day, evening, weekends.  Job duties include: prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables; describe menu items including daily specials; advise on menu selections; clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs; greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages. Job requirements: high school diploma is required, experience asset, will provide training.

4. Food Service Supervisor

Permanent full time Food Service Supervisor: 2 vacancies. Start Wage at $18.65/hour, 30-40 hours per week. Work shifts include Morning, day, evening, weekends.  Job duties include: establish methods to meet work schedules; requisition food and kitchen supplies; supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare food; train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; ensure that food and service meet quality control standards; maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. Job requirements: high school diploma is required, need to have at least 2 years of experience in related area.
