Job description:
• Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
• Prepare work schedules of the staff
• Hire and train or arrange for training of newly hired personnel
• Monitor store inventory and order merchandise or supplies as required
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of the staff
• Work Term: Permanent
• Hours: 35 hours per week
