Tasks
Prepare and cook hot breakfast items and other menu items in accordance with hotel standards
Set up and replenish breakfast buffet or service area
Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner during scheduled breakfast hours
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food preparation areas
Follow food safety and health regulations at all times
Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Minimize food waste and ensure proper storage of ingredients
Support smooth kitchen operations during breakfast service
Clean kitchen and work areas
