Salary: $31.00 per hour for 40-50.00 hours per week

Education: Secondary (high) School
Experience: 6 months
Credentials: Driver's Licence (Class 1 or A); Air Brakes Endorsement
Job Duties:
Professionalism in customer service.
Load and unload goods.
Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment.
Perform brake adjustments.
Perform emergency roadside repairs.
Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of the vehicle.
Perform preventive maintenance.
Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo.
Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel for extended periods, Willing to travel overnight, Valid and clean Driver’s Licence.
