Supervise, and coordinate the activities of food servers. Estimate and order ingredients and other kitchen supplies needed. Establish work schedules and procedures for servers. Maintain records of stock, sales and possible food wastage. Supervise food order summaries according to customer’s order. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. May train new hires as food servers Ensure proper sanitation and food safety standards is followed. May determine related food and labour expense. Handle customer complaints and de-escalate. Resolve customer complaints according to the company policy.
